Randale Scott Clark is a multifaceted leader and inspirational figure from Northwest Louisiana, proudly representing the Shreveport-Bossier City area. With a professional background that spans education, finance, ministry, and public speaking, Clark brings a wealth of experience, resilience, and purpose to every endeavor.

A proud alumnus of Southern University and Agricultural & Mechanical College, Clark earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. During his time at Southern University, he demonstrated a strong commitment to leadership and service, serving as President of the Student Government Association and as a member of the Southern University System Board of Supervisors.

Clark accepted his call to ministry at the young age of 18, preaching his initial sermon titled “What’s Wrong With Our Generation” on February 22, 2008. Since then, he has faithfully served in numerous ministerial capacities and currently leads as the Senior Pastor of Mayflower Baptist Church, a role he has held since March 2019.

In addition to his pastoral duties, Clark is an accomplished financial consultant and a passionate motivational speaker. He is widely known for his compelling personal testimony—having triumphed over cancer not once, but three times. His journey of faith, perseverance, and victory continues to inspire audiences across various platforms.
